Who we are
Martify Global Mall Limited (RC 9344265), a company registered in Nigeria, runs martify.app. You can reach us at hello@martify.app.
What we collect
- The waitlist: your name, email, WhatsApp number if you give it, country and city, whether you are joining as a user, a mart or a rider, and for a mart its name and what it sells, or for a rider the vehicle.
- The partnership form: your name, email, organisation and phone if you give them, and your message.
- For security, and to count visits: the address your request came from (your IP address), the page you opened and the page that sent you here. We use it to stop automated sign-ups and to see how many people visit.
- One cookie, which keeps the forms secure and ends when you close your browser. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To tell you when Martify opens and to invite you in, which you agree to when you join the waitlist; and to answer your message when you write to us. We do not sell what you give us, and we do not share it, except with the companies that host this site and send our emails, who only do that work for us.
How long we keep it
The waitlist is kept until twelve months after Martify opens, then deleted, unless you have become a Martify user by then. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and no longer than two years. Records of visits are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Every waitlist email has a link that takes you off the list at once. For anything else, write to hello@martify.app. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
